As Managing Director of Knight Frank Property Hub Ben provides leadership, strategic direction and market insights to take the agency into the next era of its evolution.
Ben co-founded Property Hub with his Meru Utama Realty partners Madam Patricia Ng and longtime real estate collaborator Christopher Lim in 2010. With over 15 years in real estate, Ben was instrumental in instilling the corporate values and structure that have become a hallmark, leading Property Hub to the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) Residential Real Estate Firm of the Year Award and State Real Estate Firm of the Year awards for an unprecedented ten times from 2012 to 2021.
Under Ben’s leadership, Property Hub has built an enviable track-record in the residential sub-sale and mid-to-high-end markets and in project marketing with a substantial cache of high-net-worth clients as well as its invaluable experience serving MNC and expatriate clients from over 50 countries.
Reeve Thang
Sales Director
Reeve is Deputy Managing Director at Knight Frank Property Hub where he is the driving force behind its operations and forward momentum, overseeing the overall growth and day-to-day operations of the agency and its project marketing initiatives.
As key lead for project marketing, Reeve maintains close links with a multitude of top-tier developers and plays a key role in bringing choice development projects to the agency and marketing these projects to the wider industry.
A strong team player and advocate, Reeve was always tuned-in to real estate having been a property investor prior to joining the industry with a background as a business owner in Retail and ICT. His strong leadership and management skills fast-tracked his rapid rise to senior management roles at Property Hub, Cornerstone Xstate and ERA Real Estate Malaysia before he returned to Property Hub to spearhead its next phase of its evolution.
Wan Choy Heng
Executive Director
With a Bachelor of Business Degree in Land Economy and over two decades in the real estate industry, Wan Choy Heng is the Executive Director of Compliance and Practice at Knight Frank Property Hub where he is a highly regarded advisor in all things related to real estate.
He continues to serve as a key member of the management team as a practicing real estate agent registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisals & Estate Agents Malaysia since 1994. He was also a member of Council of Management at Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents from 2015 - 2017, lending the agency and the industry a compelling voice and direction with far-reaching insights into the Malaysian real estate environment.
Having developed a solid reputation as a highly credible troubleshooter of complex real estate deals and issues, Choy Heng has stewarded Property Hub from a budding boutique agency into the powerhouse it is today. He has been instrumental in structuring the corporate blueprint and culture which are a cornerstone of the agency’s operations today.
Adrian Yeoh
Executive Director
With over 15 years’ experience in international property marketing, Adrian specialises in international residential investment having presided over 200 project launches in Malaysia and has been involved in primary and secondary sales, leasing, research, planning and project marketing for developments in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, USA and Malaysia representing the interests of both developers and investors.
Adrian was instrumental in establishing Property Hub as the gateway to property investments in Malaysia for investors and developers the world over while opening up a whole world of possibilities for Malaysian investors overseas. He also established a very successful partnership with one of Singapore’s premier developers, Keppel Land, among many others.
Leading a team of specialists in international residential investment, Adrian strives to guide clients and purchasers through transactions with the highest quality of service towards consistently positive outcomes.
Dominic Heaton-Watson
Associate Director
Dominic is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 20 years of property experience. He started his professional career in London with Sparkes Porter LLP & Montagu Evans LLP working on nationwide projects across multiple real estate sectors.
Dominic joined Knight Frank Malaysia in January 2011. For the International Residential Project Marketing department, Dominic has led exhibitions showcasing property from the UK, US, Europe, Australia and South East Asia.
Having been brought up in London and travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, Dominic understands global property markets & demonstrates an ability to be locally expert.
Being able to listen & understand individual needs has allowed Dominic to consistently achieve his clients’ goals and expectations. A professional yet personable character allows him to forge solid, long-term relationships and demonstrates why he has seen a great deal of success from referrals and repeat clients.
Enoch Khoo
Managing Director
Graduated with Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Information System from University of Hertfordshire (UK), Enoch started his career in the FMCG industry working with established companies such as Nestle, Danone Dumex and Procter & Gamble. At the age of 30 years old he left the corporate world to chart his entrepreneurship journey in the real estate industry. He is the founder of Property Hub (Sabah) Sdn Bhd a 5 times consecutive MIEA Award Winning agency in Sabah and has been bridging East Malaysians to Peninsular Malaysia developments and vice versa all these years attracting investments worth more than RM200 million.

Fiona Wong
Director - Knight Frank Property Hub (Sabah)
Fiona is the Director at Knight Frank Property Hub (Sabah), where she is the person behind the scene, in charge of the day to day operations of the firm.
She is one of the key person and pioneer in the formation of Property Hub (Sabah) in 2014 and contributes to the firms success in being recognised and being awarded 5 times by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) as the Sabah State Real Estate Firm of the Year.
Currently she is the Probationary Estate Agent registered under The Board of Valuer, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers and the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) Sabah State Branch Secretary. Coming from the hospitality background, she’s a professional and equipped with excellent customer service training, ensuring all those around her receives a premier real estate experience.
Victor TK Wong
Resident Manager / Associate Director
A registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia since 1984. He is also a Licensed Auctioneer in Sabah.
He holds a Diploma in Building from UK and had lectured at the various govermment 'Technical Institutes in Brunei and Kota Kinabalu Sabah.
He was appointed an Estate Agency manager with C H Williams, Talhar & Wong from 1984 to 1990 and subsequently setting up his own Estate Agency firm from 1990 until 2019.
Bringing along his 38 years experiences in the real estate industry, he joined Property Hub Sabah Sd Bhd in early 2020 and currently holding the position as their Resident Manager.
He has been an active member of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents since 1989 and was the Past State Chairman of MIEA Sabah.
He was bestowed a Fellow of the Institute in 2018 for his active contributions made to MIEA. Currently, one of the speakers in the Negotiators Certification Course and the Continuous Development Course in Sabah.
